An audience of 70 was on hand to hear presenters from Triangle Associates of Grand Rapids. Triangle dates back almost 90 years and is now under the management of the fourth generation of the founding family. Craig Datema, president and CEO, shared how Triangle is looking at ways to keep the revenue stream flowing, including by geographical expansion. Josh Szymanski, estimator, offered bidding advice to sub-contractors trying to get their foot in the door. Casey Peters, project manager, spoke about the importance of communication between field and office. Ken Slabbekoorn, controller, spoke about billings.
