Stimulus Money: How to Find It? How to work with it?

Two dozen drove through snowy roads to hear Steve Hilger of Hilger & Hammond discuss “Stimulus Money” at the February 9 ASAM General Membership Meeting. Hilger warned his audience that what they hear about the Stimulus Package may not be all that accurate. Considering that its 2,000 pages were put together in less than a month, it’s likely that a lot of people don’t know what’s actually in it, he suggested. Hilger also addressed a question about the Michigan Builder’s Trust Fund Act, which stipulates that money flowing downstream is actually a trust fund and not to be used for general use.
