June 2010 General Membership Meeting

An audience of 27 attended the ASAM General Membership meeting on June 9 to hear guest speaker Aileen Leipprandt of Hilger Hammond PC. Her topic was “Legal Issues Associated with LEED.”

Even though subcontractors might not be at the table, there are issues involving building Green that may concern them. “Basically, we just have a new way of being liable,” Leipprandt said.
