October 2010 General Membership Meeting

More than 50 were present at the ASAM October General Membership Meeting to hear a presentation given by representatives of Owen-Ames-Kimball. Recipient of an Honorable Mention at the recent ASAM COTY Awards, OAK was founded in 1891 and will celebrate its 120th anniversary in 2011. Frank Stanek, Director of Operations, told the audience: “We’re not successful without our subcontractors. … You guys really do shine out there.” Stanek and three other representatives from OAK shared information on bidding, payment and safety, and answered questions from the audience on various subjects.
