June 2011 General Membership Meeting

The June meeting of ASAM featured Jamie R. Mills, CEBS, speaking on “Health Care Reform: The Impact on Michigan.” Mills is the president of Mills Benefit Group

Mills began by stating the obvious: It’s a tough market out there if you’re a smaller employer and you’re fully insured. She said that Health Care Reform will not be repealed but it will be changed. It is not going away. The escalation of health care is unsustainable for employers.
