March 2012 General Membership Meeting

There were 37 in attendance at the March general membership meeting to hear Steve Hilger present a talk titled, “Where Did the $100 Grand Go? Understanding the Builders Trust Fund Act.” The presentation was developed by Hilger and Mark A. Rysberg of Hilger Hammond.

Steve Hilger began his talk with a bang. “If you don't want to spend time in jail,” he said, “you'll really want to listen to what we talk about today. This topic is potentially one of the most serious topics you can face as subcontractors. If the Builders' Trust Fund Act is violated, you can end up in jail.”
