Timing
The Big Buck contest runs from September 12 – December 14, 2025. You may enter the contest at any time during this period. Winners will be announced on Monday, December 22.
How to Enter & Scoring
After bagging your buck, make sure to take a picture! Measure the Net Antler score of your deer.
Two entries are allowed per hunter, but only your top buck will be eligible to win.
Eligibility
Persons entering the contest must either be an employee or family member of an employee working for a West Michigan general contractor, trade partner and/or supplier. The buck must be taken in Michigan. This contest is open to both Youth and Adults.
Prizes
There are two categories of awards: Adult and Youth (age 13 or below)
Adult
1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $250
3rd Place: $100
Youth
1st Place: $150
2nd Place: $100
3rd Place: $75
