The ASAM Education Committee works on two levels:
- Developing programs that expand member knowledge on the processes and expectations of general contractors and construction managers.
- Creating educational resources and incentives that promote career opportunities within the industry.
ASAM Hard Hat
ASAM partners with Kent Career Technical Center (KCTC) for this education program, which brings students together with professionals for discussion and first-hand exploration, in the classroom and on the jobsite. ASAM members make presentations, lead jobsite/facility tours and conduct job-shadowing visits in this three-part program.
